On August 17, the 300 MW offshore wind farm project of Guohua Dongtai Phase IV (H2) built by the New Energy Company of the Third Navigation Administration of China Jiaotong successfully completed the installation of wind turbines on the basis of single pile of No. 16, which marks the success of the whole installation of the first wind turbines on the basis of single pile in the world.
At present, single pile foundation is the most widely used foundation type for offshore wind power. In the world, the installation of wind turbines usually adopts jack-up platform or bottom-mounted platform separately. Because of the great influence of water depth and geology, this method has many on-site working procedures, time-consuming, high difficulty in controlling safety and quality progress, and great limitations in construction.
The integral installation technology of fan on single pile foundation is a further breakthrough and innovation in the integral installation technology of fan on successive high pile cap foundation and jacket foundation of the Third Navigation Bureau of China Jiaotong. This technology adopts the advanced global installation buffer technology and precise positioning technology, innovates the single pile supporting structure and modular accessory component technology, effectively shortens the offshore operation time, and improves the construction efficiency.
At present, China's offshore wind farm construction is developing toward far-reaching sea areas, while the operation depth and geological conditions of domestic jack-up platform installation are limited. Integral installation has broad application prospects because it is not limited by water depth and geological conditions; at the same time, it is more suitable for large-scale wind farm development because of its abundant resources and high efficiency; it has good economic benefits for promoting the construction of China's offshore wind farm, promoting offshore wind power to the deep sea and developing marine economy. It is of great significance to build a powerful marine country.
So far, after the breakthrough in the field of high-pile cap and jacket installation, the 3rd China Jiaotong Navigation Bureau initiated the installation technology of single-pile foundation in the world, and realized the full coverage of wind turbines installed on all basic types of offshore wind power.
